What can Yoga do for you.
Greetings and welcome to Solis Yoga. I offer hatha, Vinyasa, Yin as well as pre-& post-natal classes that consist of a mix of Dynamic and restorative yoga to nourish your mind, body and soul and create serenity within.
Daily life can be extremely hectic and demanding as we live in a society where we are constantly juggling tasks and deadlines so why not take some time out to connect with the body through the breath allowing the mind to quieten down and focus on your wellbeing. Together we will gently flow through strength, flexibility, pranayama (breathwork) meditation and visualisation to create Harmony between the body and mind.
In our class we challenge, inspire and relax ourselves to help restore work life balance and most importantly breathe!
All levels are welcome to my non-competitive classes so don’t be shy if you are a total beginner or are unsure if yoga is for you, I adapt my classes to suit the needs of my students and constantly encourage my students to listen to their body so all levels can feel the benefits of yoga and can practise at a pace that suits them.
Yoga has been proven to help relieve many types of health issues from anxiety and depression, to back pain to Wight loss the benefits are endless. It creates stillness and brings a sense of peace and tranquillity within and makes you feel an all-round more accepting, positive and sunnier person! As well as giving yourself a challenge and providing a strengthening stretch for your body.
