My name is Emma Wise and I’m a yoga teacher, offering lessons in and around Surrey. I first discovered yoga about 7 years ago when I was looking for an escape from the stresses and strains of my busy daily life which left me feeling hunched and tight. I was suffering from regular migraines and could feel the negativity of the outside world seeping in to my body.
Yoga gave me a new lease of life. I found myself sitting at my desk daydreaming about my practise and looking forward to yoga classes more than anything else. I could feel my body changing. Feeling so much stronger and more energetic, I found that I could cope better with stress and negativity as well as moving with more awareness. I feel yoga & meditation bought out my best side and taught me how to live my fullest life and opened my heart to new possibilities.
